Phoebe
Phoebe the Koala is a koala who lives in the Australian outback.
Physical Appearance
Phoebe resembles one of the incidental koalas in the series - mostly the ones who were seen in the opening song and the other ones who were spectators during the jumping competition.
Personality
Phoebe shows a very playful personality. She often appears in several episodes with Joey and Jimmy starting in Episode 19, showing that Joey has made friends. In spite of this, she sometimes gets very frustrated about her useless efforts and soon knows she has done the effort actually by accident.
Beginning in the third season, Phoebe lives with her mother, Koala Mama, who shows a kind personality with her daughter as it is shown that Phoebe has a mother, unlike in the first two seasons where her mother is absent.

- Her French name "Julia" is not to be confused with the other "Julia", which is the Spanish name for Julie.
- Phoebe is usually seen up all day. In real life, a koala actually sleeps during the day.
- Additionally, despite Phoebe being seen in certain scenes sleeping at night, koalas in real-life sleep during the day.
- Phoebe does not have a parent outside Adobe Flash. However, she has a parent named Koala Mama in Adobe Flash.
- Her favourite food is eucalyptus leaves. This shares the same traits with Joey. Both, she and Joey are friends with Mr. Platypus who like eucalyptus.
