Mr. Icy Flipper
Mr. Icy Flipper was a motionless ice sculpture made by Snowbert. He was the new friend of Snowbert until he sank into the bottom of the ocean after a collision of two floating iceburgs where Snowbert and Sidney were sitting.
Physical Appearance
He looked much like Sidney, but he was white in color.
Personality
Mr. Icy Flipper was a motionless sculpture and therefore was emotionless. He was however impersonated by Snowbert to "talk".
