Universal Kids was the third channel in the United States that originally launched as "Sprout" on September 26, 2005. Owned by NBCUniversal, it was where the US version of the British program 64 Zoo Lane (in reruns) aired on August 27, 2012 and ended on July 26, 2015. The channel permanently ceased operations on March 6, 2025.
